  • In order to do this, we contract directly with the actual manufacturers from around the globe and ship straight to your doorstep.
  • In many cases, we even contract with the same factories that produce many of the brand name products you are used to. This means you get the brand name quality, at a fraction of the cost since we skip all the middle men and distributors and let you pocket the savings.

  • We accept payment via credit card, check card or check by mail.
  • On custom products, you will be emailed a digital proof that requires your approval before your order goes to production.
  • Production on custom products will not start until payment has been received.
  • Most custom products will ship out in approximately 2-4 weeks from artwork approval and payment confirmation.
  • Specific delivery time will be noted on each product page.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any custom items.
  • We manufacture and produce your order specifically for you and ship straight to your doorstep.
  • However, we do stand behind the quality of our products.
  • If you have questions or concerns with the quality of any product you received from us, please send an email to info@swimzee.com and let us know.
  • Include your name, order number and a description of what your concerns are and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
(Swim Cap Discoloration/Chlorine Damage)
  • Chlorine, iron, cooper or other minerals/chemicals can sometimes cause discoloration of swim caps.
  • This can be most noticeable in lightly color latex caps (such as white, light blue, silver, yellow or neon).
  • To decrease the chance of discoloration, we suggest choosing a darker colored cap or going with silicone which is less prone to discoloration.
  • Items damaged or discolored by pool chemicals may not be returned or refunded.

  • Please send your camera ready logo/artwork to artwork@swimzee.com.
  • We will always send you a free digital proof for your approval before we begin production.
  • If you have a complicated or detailed logo, we prefer to receive it in vector format to guarantee best results.
  • If your logo/artwork requires a lot of work changing or revising it, you may be charged an additional artwork fee.
  • Be sure to include specific pantone colors if you require color matching.

  • FREE standard shipping for orders over $75.
  • Standard shipping of $5.95 for orders under $75.
  • Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska or any country outside the US may additional shipping fees depending on the product. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
  • Most products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities straight to you.
    • We offer FREE Worldwide Express Shipping on most orders for custom caps to most areas. Shipping time is typically 2-3 business days.
      (Some countries/locations may not qualify for Free Worldwide Shipping. You will be notified if this applies to you)
    • Some products do not qualify for Free Worldwide Shipping and you will be notified if this applies to your order
    • We are not responsible for customs, brokerage or duties charges applied by your country.
    • We are not responsible for shipping delays cause by the shipping company or customs.
